To many a football fanatic, writing on the world's most popular sport is the dream job. However we are looking for more than just those who claim to have a "love of football". Before you write in to us, consider the criteria below.

Please apply if you are:
  1. able to produce specialised previews and post game reports for every round of the division in question. In some cases this will be for half of the teams. In many cases it will be all of the teams.
  2. available for the entire season.
  3. regard yourself as an expert in all the teams and players in the division you wish to write on.
  4. able to write English to a high standard.
  5. someone who has attention to detail and an ability to research team news game after game for a whole season.
